We ship standard shipping via USPS (first class or priority. Standard shipping times are 7-10 days for domestic packages. When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to be shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. If you have received a tracking number and the package has been in transit but it does not come to you at the estimated date, please contact the postal service and file a claim for your package.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do NOT accept exchanges of any sort.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 24-hour window for these issues.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
